If your card has been used less than 10%, we will give you
a full refund or card exchange.

If your card has been used more than 10%, we will refund you
the unused balance of your phone card or transfer the unused balance to
a different card you choose.
- When you make a phone call, if you hear that the minutes announced by the
system are different from that listed on our website (probably due to rate
update), please stop the call and contact us at your earliest convenience.
By continuing the phone call, you accept the higher rate.

to get a good connection, please submit a Trouble Ticket through MyAccount.
We expect to get the problem resolved within 24 hours.

to Submit a Trouble Ticket?
Please log on to MyAccount and click on the Trouble Ticket link
on the left menu. Fill out the form as accurately as you can. In the message
field, please provide a detailed description of the problem you have encountered.
The trouble ticket will be routed to an appropriate department.
