Three: Broken voice sometimes
Two: Echo most of the time
One: Broken voice most of time, difficult to hear

Billing Accuracy:

Five: No extra charge beyond all charges listed on the website
Four: actual rate is higher than advertised by less than 10%
Three: actual rate is higher than advertised by 10-20%
Two: actual rate is higher than advertised by 20-30%
One: actual rate is higher than advertised by more than 30%

Ease of Connection:

Five: No busy signal
Four: Sometimes busy, but usually get connected within three tries
Three: Sometimes, I couldn't hear voice from the other end after getting a connection
Two: Have to try many times to make a call successfully
One: I tried to use the card throughout the day. The system seems always busy
